Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FastMate products, including the HireMate Chrome extension and HireMate Premium (the “Service”), provided by Fast Mate (“FastMate”, “we”). By installing or using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
HireMate helps you organize information from profiles you view in your browser: saving candidates, exporting them to Excel and managing them in a dashboard. Features may change over time.
2. Your responsibilities
- You use the Service with your own accounts and are responsible for complying with the terms of the websites you visit (including LinkedIn’s User Agreement) and with applicable laws, including data-protection and anti-spam laws.
- You are responsible for the candidate information you save, export and share, and for having a lawful basis to process it.
- You will not use the Service to send unsolicited messages, to harass anyone, or to resell personal data.
3. Premium subscriptions
Premium is sold through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, whose buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
4. Third-party websites
HireMate works with third-party websites that we do not control. They may change at any time, which can temporarily affect features. LinkedIn is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation; FastMate and HireMate are not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, its code and branding belong to FastMate. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it according to these terms.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is”. Insights such as “likely to move” are statistical estimates and may be wrong; do not rely on them as facts about any person. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, FastMate is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data or profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend access if you breach these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
